Everything was very comfortable during 5 days, loved its comfortable location very close to taxis and trips out, big shopping mall and Old Town and public transport. Apartment we stayed at was modern with a jacuzzi.

An enjoyable stay, but the round bed dominated the room, leaving no space for bedside tables!!! A functioning fridge should be a standard, not a lucky find!!! Check-in access details could use clearer communication!!!

Spotless room with the star ceiling for both the jacuzzi, kettle and a fridge as advertised. Amazing and handy location, 15 minutes' walk to a Brick Gothic church.

Everything was amazing, handy location right by Old Town, the main square, local restaurants and bars and the amazing Krakow, very amiable staff. The hotel room was modern and great-sized with complemantary wine, twin beds. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator, loved it.

The shower was basically a disaster, the riser bar was damaged and I had to hold it myself while practically drowning. Who thought using barn doors was a good idea? They take away all the wall space! I expected a complimentary upgrade, but I guess that's just for special people? Absolutely shocked, honestly.

I had new-fashioned and romantic apartment.

The parkside was a true gem, with friendly staff and an enjoyable breakfast selection. The rooms included a great kitchen and lounge space, just a short stroll to the main square.

wifi could use improvement 😅.

Just a top selection for a weekend breather in Krakow with good price-quality ratio. The reception staff were helpful, guiding us with local tips and even assisting with Netflix. Keep in mind that parking options may be limited nearby.

Super comfy stay!

These modern apartments were a dream! The check-in was super friendly, and the complimentary snacks were a nice touch. The air conditioner worked great, a lifesaver. Loved relaxing on the balcony after a long day exploring. The only thing was the coffee machine was a bit tricky to figure out. Still worth it!

Great welcome drink and free Wi-Fi, but the TV was a bit small.

During my last visit to krakow, i was impressed with this place. The apartment was clean, with a full kitchen, a washing machine, and even a complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice surprise! Easily walkable to the old town square, it was very good for a comfortable little getaway.

coffee pods weren't replenished daily.

The apartment offered a fantastic design, with a comfortable bed that provided one of the best night's sleeps I’ve had in ages. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a free bottle of wine waiting for me. it made relaxing on the balcony after a day of sightseeing quite enjoyable. The bathroom was spacious and had all the essential amenities, although a little maintenance attention wouldn't hurt. The location was a short stroll away from the main square, perfect for exploring Krakow's charming architecture and atmosphere. I stayed here while visiting Wawel Royal Castle and enjoyed every moment of my trip.

The apartment looked different from the advertised photos, and the bathroom could use some minor updates. Clearer communication about check-in procedures would be beneficial.
